These terms apply when you use StoreHunt's tools, on storehunt.io or through an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. By using them, you accept these terms.
The service
StoreHunt provides free tools for ecommerce merchants: calculators, a Shopify apps detector and a Shopify store audit. No account is needed. We may change, limit or stop any tool at any time.
Acceptable use
- Use the tools for lawful purposes, at a normal pace. Scans are rate-limited; don't try to get around the limits or automate bulk scanning.
- Only ask us to scan public websites. Don't use the tools to probe private networks or systems you aren't allowed to access.
- You're responsible for how you use the results. If you use them to contact store owners, follow the laws that apply to you, including anti-spam and data protection rules.
Accuracy
Results are produced automatically from public information and are provided as is. App detection can miss apps that don't appear on the storefront, audit checks look at a limited set of pages, and calculator results depend on the numbers you enter. Nothing on StoreHunt is financial, legal or tax advice; check important decisions with your own data.
Recommendations and affiliations
StoreHunt is independent from Shopify Inc. and isn't endorsed by it. Shopify and the app names we mention are trademarks of their owners, used only to describe what our tools detect. Some tools recommend Sellify and Iconic, Shopify apps made by the team behind StoreHunt.
Liability
The tools are free and provided without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Dexty isn't liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales or profits, arising from the use of the tools or their results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the protections of the law of their country of residence.
